Скоро Рождество, и такие стихи очень даже понадобятся. Ну и песни тоже. Начну делать подборки.
Начну с песни.

Она, конечно, не для самых маленьких. С ними я пою другую. Сделаю еще пост обязательно. Но в этой песне тоже легкие слова.

Ну и стихи, связанные с Рождеством -

Можно намагничивать первые буквы на доску, потом придумывать с ними слова - прилагательные, к примеру. Или поиграть в игру - составить как можно больше слов из букв SANTACLAUS. Дается всего 2 минуты. Дети очень любят.

Santa's Helpers

The fairies and elves on last Christmas-tide
Decided to open their hearts very wide,
And spend extra time, throughout the whole year,
In helping their grandfather—Santa Claus dear.

"Our fingers are nimble. We'll quickly make toys
Enough to supply all the girls and the boys,
And Santa may watch us to see if it's right,
So all will be ready before Christmas night."

Then bravely they all went to work with a will,
And soon all was quiet in workshop and mill;
For old Santa said, "Enough, and well done,
We've toys enough now to make all kinds of fun."

We thank you, old Santa, and your helpers, too,
For all of the many kind things that you do;
And should you need more help in making your toys,
Just call on your small friends, the girls and the boys.

New Year's Resolutions ( не Рождество, но про Новый Год ведь тоже говорить надо...)
I promise to be very, very good.
I promise to do the things I should.
I promise to make my bed each day.
I promise to put my things away.
I promise not to throw my socks on the floor.
I promise to put my socks in the drawer.
I promise to do my homework right.
I promise not to stay up late at night.
I promise to listen to my mom and dad.
I promise not to do anything bad.

Тут можно использовать другую грамматику - I am going to...
Кстати, моя кошка боится выстрелов на Новый год. Прячется под диван))) Но закончить пост хочется такой картинкой. Кошка похожа на мою Симу)))
